If you encounter any issues playing FarmTown Mobile, try the following steps.

IMPORTANT: Before you follow these steps, LINK your Farm with Game Center. Launch FarmTown Mobile and when prompted log into your Game Center account.

1. Close all apps and relaunch FarmTown Mobile

  • Exit to the home screen
  • Double tap the Home button. (iOS 7+, you can swipe up with 4 fingers)
  • Swipe all apps up, to terminate them. Repeat until all apps have been terminated.
  • Launch FarmTown Mobile


2. Power your device off and on, and relaunch FarmTown Mobile.

  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top of your device until the red slider appears. Then drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  • After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
  • Launch FarmTown Mobile


3. Remove the app and re-install FarmTown Mobile
  • Touch and hold its icon on the Home screen until it starts to jiggle. Tap [IMG]://support.apple.com/library/APPLE/APPLECARE_ALLGEOS/1Tips-icons/II024-close_app_2x.png[/IMG] to delete.
  • Press the Home button to stop the other icons from jiggling.
  • Reinstall FarmTown Mobile from the App Store.


If these steps didn't help, then do the following:


  • If you can access the game, go to Settings (button on the right of the screen), and select the Contact Support button. This will generate an email with your account id, to better help you. Be sure to describe the issue you are experiencing, and send us the email.



  • If you cannot access the Contact Support email, then send us an email with as much information as possible to ftm.support[at]codebell.com
